Oliver Ames High School is putting on a musical performance this weekend called 9-5. It is a great show if you want some fun comedy and a 70’s feel and it will definitely be a crowd pleaser.
This is a fun musical that is full of life and has so many different types of comedy. The Director is Olivia Lancellotta and it is her first directed musical here at OA. The Choreographer is Ryley Mcneeley and she is a professional dancer for the Celtics. They have loved being here at Oliver Ames as they are both alumnus from this school. All of the kids have been working hard on this production and everyone is always there for each other.
“These kids are amazing and always working really hard and I am super proud of each and every single one of them as this show is coming all together”, Lancellotta said.
Olivia and Ryley have been very supportive of all the students and make sure they know what they are doing at all times. They have had a lot of old memories when they would perform in the musicals here at OA.
There are four shows for the musical as they are on Friday at 7:30, Saturday at 2:00 and one at 7:00 and Sunday at 2:00 and the tickets are $16-20. These shows are selling out pretty quickly so get your tickets now.
