Broadway Night is a very fun time for all of the musical kids and kids who did not get to do it because you can sing any song you want. It’s a fun bonding time with the kids you don’t get to see all the time outside of school.

The song has to be from a musical, but you could do any song as there are lots of good ones from the different broadway versions. You need to have a variety of music and do what you like and feel in the moment. 

There is plenty of fun to be had because it’s a time to go enjoy your night and there even is a parents song where all of the Tempo parents are dancing and performing. The parents song is usually all for fun and it’s just a chance for the parents to be involved with the music department. 

There are 17 different acts of people doing songs from all sorts of musicals and people are taking on a bigger part. Lot’s of seniors are doing it but you can only do up to three songs for the whole show not including the two groups. There is plenty of variety of musicals to choose from and it’s free for all. 

There are around 5 or 6 rehearsals that everyone needs to go to, so you need to make sure those days you are free and able to attend because if you miss one rehearsal you are behind. 

Overall this is a great opportunity to show yourself and prove that you are a good singer and dancer for the upcoming year for the musical or show choir. So come and support your fellow musical and show choir peers or just friends and come see the show in May.
