So I went out to try Thai Food Theory located at 547 Washington St. in the Keller Williams building. It was amazing.
Thai Food Theory is one of the best places I have ever been in my 18 years of living. I’ll do a step by step review of the experience starting at entering and ending after eating it.
The waiting area has a nice interior that looks like a luxury home yet modest and is very cozy and roomy with a couch that faces a tv that displays menu items, the decorations consist of plants and fun little items.
There was not a single discarded item on the floor and the tables were clean and set, the windows were also shiny and see through all of this with a good ambience and you feel like you’re in a five star establishment.
My food was ready and they walked out to me to hand it to me then I left to go home to eat it, I ordered the Thai rolls and the laab spicy chicken. It was a total of $23 which is an average price not too pricey.
So I went home and unboxed everything. The first thing I ate was what I considered the appetizer, being the Thai rolls. Served with sweet and sour sauce I ate a Thai roll and wow these were delicious, I took my time eating them.
They had a great tasting outside shell with a pleasant inside filling of chicken with some thin noodles and a few vegetables. The sweet and sour sauce was also good, being a viable dipping sauce to enjoy. Gotta give these an 8.5 out of ten.
This dish is called “Laab Gai” and is ranked as “two pepper hot” meaning it is quite spicy. The spice is perfect, not too much, not too little. It tasted so good my mouth is watering thinking about eating it again. The fresh herbs combined with the delicious chicken is a wonderful symphony of perfection. This dish is a 10/10 absolutely perfect.
This is one of the best things I’ve ever had. The only con is that when you mix it up it makes a little mess which is a fixable problem and is the only bad thing about the whole experience.
Thai Food Theory is one of the best places I have ever been to. It is a clear 10/10 place that needs more media cover.
