Sketching

Sketching allows for the mind to be creative and express ideas onto paper. Whether or not you’re a developed artist, it can be very enjoyable to work on new techniques and shading abilities. With practice, sketching can be a great way to express yourself!
You do not need many supplies to sketch, making it incredibly affordable! Pencils are less than a dollar and sketchpads or paper are also on the cheaper side. This is an easy hobby to get into considering the inexpensive materials.
Hiking

If you’re more interested in being physically active over mentally active this is the hobby for you! Many people enjoy hiking because it allows you to exercise which is great for the body and escape from reality. Connecting with nature can improve focus and mental health!
